About The Position

We are hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing Marketing & Promotions Team. In this role, you will help support event marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and community outreach initiatives for our partners. Our company works with a variety of organizations ranging from startups to national nonprofit organizations, helping them increase awareness, engage communities, and reach their marketing goals. This position is ideal for candidates interested in marketing, promotions, event coordination, customer engagement, or brand management. No prior marketing experience is required — we provide paid training.

Requirements

Interest in marketing, event marketing, promotions, or brand campaigns
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Organized and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or events is a plus but not required
Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Assist with event marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and public outreach events
Work with the Marketing Coordinator to execute promotional marketing strategies
Engage with customers and community members during marketing events and campaigns
Support campaign management, event setup, and promotional activities
Monitor industry trends and competitor marketing strategies
Build relationships with local organizations, customers, and community partners
Work closely with the marketing team to complete campaign and promotional requests
