Requirements

• Interest in event promotions, marketing, community engagement, or brand activation
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented personality
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Availability for full-time, in-person events , including evenings, weekends, and special occasions

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing live promotional events and campaigns
• Serve as a positive, professional, and energetic representative of client brands
• Engage with event attendees, share information about products or programs, and answer questions with confidence
• Support volunteer coordination, sponsorship outreach, and community engagement efforts
• Collaborate with team members to implement creative marketing and promotional strategies
• Track attendee interactions, collect feedback, and maintain accurate event records
• Help ensure every event runs smoothly while maximizing brand visibility and impact
