About The Position

Storm Response Team – Field Sales Canvasser
Travel Opportunity | Paid Training | High Weekly Earnings
Allstar Services is building a Storm Response Team to help homeowners recover after severe weather across the Midwest.
We are hiring Storm Canvassers to go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and schedule free roof inspections for our sales team.
If you’re competitive, comfortable talking to people, and motivated to earn strong income, this role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-energy team during peak storm season.

Earnings & Compensation
Training Period (4–6 weeks)
• $500 weekly training pay
• $75 per completed inspection appointment
• $100 per appointment when you set 10+ in a week
Top performers often earn:
$3,000-6,000 + per week
Commissions are paid in the same pay period as the appointment.
Team members receive:
• $60 phone allowance
• $200 vehicle allowance
• $50 per day food per diem while traveling

Travel & Support
Storm teams travel to areas recently impacted by severe weather.
Typical schedule:
3 weeks working in storm markets
1 week off
Travel occurs across markets including:
Illinois
Indiana
Michigan
Iowa
Missouri
Minnesota
Ohio
Team members receive:
• $60 phone allowance
• $200 vehicle allowance
• $50 per day food per diem while traveling
Candidates willing to travel within ~100 miles of home are also welcome.

What You'll Do
• Knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Talk with homeowners about potential storm damage
• Schedule free roof inspections for our roofing specialists
• Track appointments and daily activity
• Work with a team of canvassers and storm sales professionals
You are not selling roofs — your job is setting the inspection appointment.

Training Program
We provide a full training program including:
• Door-to-Door University
• Roofing and storm damage basics
• AccuLynx CRM training
• Homeowner conversation training
• Storm inspection process
No prior roofing experience required.

Ideal Background
Candidates with experience in:
• Door-to-door sales
• Solar sales
• Pest control sales
