Storm Damage Field Representative - Paid Training (2K+ Weekly Potential)
About The Position
Allstar Services is building a Storm Response Team to help homeowners recover after severe weather across the Midwest. We are hiring Storm Damage Field Representatives to visit neighborhoods impacted by recent storms and schedule free roof inspections for homeowners. If youâre competitive, outgoing, and motivated to earn strong weekly income, this role offers an opportunity to join a fast-moving team during peak storm season. Your role is setting inspection appointments â not selling the roof. Storm teams travel to areas recently impacted by severe weather. Typical schedule: 3 weeks working in storm markets 1 week off Travel occurs across: Illinois Indiana Michigan Iowa Missouri Minnesota Ohio essentially anywhere in our geography that there is a storm, our goal is to go help homeowners Candidates willing to travel within ~100 miles of home are also welcome. We provide a full training program including: ⢠Door-to-Door University ⢠Roofing and storm damage basics ⢠AccuLynx CRM training ⢠Homeowner conversation training No prior roofing experience required. Allstar Services is a national platform of residential exterior remodeling companies backed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Our brands specialize in roofing, siding, windows, and exterior restoration across the United States. Our Storm Response Teams help homeowners recover quickly after severe weather while creating strong income opportunities for motivated individuals. Responsibilities
- Visit storm-affected neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
- Identify homes that may have storm-related roof damage
- Schedule free inspections with our roofing specialists
- Track appointments and daily activity
- Work alongside a team of storm canvassers and sales professionals
