Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join the team in Renton, WA . Position Responsibilities: Manages and integrates activities across multiple EHS disciplines Manages the planning and implementation of Disability Management, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Recordkeeping and One Boeing Production System (BPS) Represents EHS in the One BPS community, facilitates knowledge sharing on best practices and develops standards Develops, executes and monitors performance for project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets goals Acquires resources for projects and process initiatives, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, works products and processes Manages, develops and motivates employees Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in leading teams in a formal and/or informal role 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) 5+ years of experience with Disability Management and/or administering Reasonable Accommodation Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelors degree or higher Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
