This position will provide hands-on assistance to one manufacturing plant and one distribution center. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining a culture that strives for continuous improvement of all aspects of Dawn’s safety and environmental programs/policies. It is imperative that this position work closely with the site management, safety committee, and front-line team members to drive safety and environmental compliance. This position is accountable for ensuring that Dawn enhances safety and environmental programs and performance throughout the facility, both internally and externally, and consistently leverages best practices. Shift Schedule: This is a Monday–Friday day shift position supporting a 24-hour Louisville manufacturing facility. Occasional off-shift and weekend on-call availability will be required.
