We are seeking a motivated individual who desires to learn, grow, and develop alongside a multi-faceted team of environmental professionals to gain experience for their professional career in an environmental-related field. We are looking for someone to join us for Summer 2026 in our Alabaster, AL office to provide support to our three consulting divisions (Natural Resources, Assessment, and Stormwater) including but not limited to participation in WOTUS delineations, mitigation maintenance and monitoring, Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESAs, and construction stormwater inspections. More specifically, the candidate we are looking for possesses the following characteristics and can be expected to perform the following tasks: · Exhibits a willingness and desire to learn. · Exhibits strong writing and communication skills. · Enjoys working outside and performing hands-on work. · Ability to spend full working day outside with consistent movement and exposure to the elements. · Ability to work in both individual and team dynamics to accomplish daily tasks. · Possesses or is in pursuit of obtaining a degree in environmental sciences, natural resources, geology, water resources, environmental management or policy, or another environmental-related field. Conditions – Any offer of employment is subject to the results of a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and review of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and background check. Candidate must be able to provide transportation to our Alabaster office to complete job duties.
