Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university within the continental United States
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Must be able to complete a minimum of 10 weeks or a maximum of 12 weeks commitment
  • Must be able to complete 40 hours per week
  • Willingness to learn from others on the job
  • Must be currently residing within the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Capstone Projects (30–40%) Lead 1–2 end-to-end projects involving research, analysis, and solution design. Present findings and recommendations to project sponsors and TES leadership.
  • Strategic Projects (25–50%) Contribute to 2–4 short-term initiatives sponsored by TES leaders or subject matter experts. Collaborate across disciplines such as Sustainability, AI, Talent Strategy, and more.
  • Administrative Support (15–20%) Assist with select administrative tasks that offer meaningful learning and exposure. Support documentation, scheduling, and coordination efforts.
  • Networking & Training (15–20%) Participate in TES core training and tailored sessions aligned with project needs. Engage with mentors, buddies, and TES leaders through structured interactions.
