About The Position
Education and Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field required. Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH)preferred. Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare setting but not required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare setting but not required.
- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (ex. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams with minimal- formal authority.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Project Manager Certification Required-PMP
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH)preferred
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
- CCMP or Prosci OCM certification preferred.
