The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance Analyst supports the review, documentation, and investigation of workplace complaints and reasonable accommodation requests. This role assists with managing a high volume of Equal Employment Opportunity cases while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Working under the supervision of the EEO Officer or Project Manager, the analyst will assist with investigative research, documentation, reporting, and compliance activities while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
