About The Position

Texas Tissue Converting is a fast-growing manufacturer dedicated to delivering high-quality tissue products with exceptional service. As we continue to expand, we are implementing a new ERP system to better support our production, supply chain, and distribution operations. We are looking for a proactive, highly organized ERP Implementation Coordinator to help ensure a smooth and successful rollout. The ERP Implementation Coordinator will support all phases of our ERP implementation-from requirements gathering and data migration to testing, training, and go-live. This role serves as the communication hub between internal teams, ERP consultants, and leadership. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, strong communicators, and comfortable supporting projects in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in ERP support, IT coordination, or project coordination
  • Understanding of manufacturing or distribution operations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor SyteLine

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or converting environment
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, or process mapping
  • Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily ERP implementation tasks across operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and warehouse teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between Texas Tissue, the ERP vendor, and outside consultants.
  • Maintain project schedules, task lists, and progress reports.
  • Document business processes and help define future workflows.
  • Assist with data migration tasks including extraction, cleansing, validation, and upload.
  • Participate in system configuration, testing, and issue tracking.
  • Support creation of training materials and help deliver user training sessions.
  • Provide hands-on user support during go-live and stabilization periods.
