The Program Manager for Dependent Projects plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of the enterprise ERP transformation. This role ensures alignment, coordination, and execution across the twelve cross\-functional initiatives that influence or are impacted by the ERP program. The Program Manager will drive both strategic clarity and tactical execution, enabling a cohesive, transparent, and well\-governed program environment. Salt Lake City, UT preferred, but candidates located anywhere in the U.S. may be considered.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of recent experience leading ERP initiatives, preferably in large, complex, multi\-initiative environments.
  • Strong PMO leadership experience and the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and planning, including resource capacity planning, dependency management, timeline management, and slippage reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross\-functional dependencies across enterprise\-scale programs.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and Lead the PMO Strategically and Tactically
  • Establish and mature a PMO framework that provides both strategic direction and practical, day\-to\-day support for Delivery Leads and initiative owners.
  • Ensure the right resources are deployed to priority initiatives and that teams receive clear, timely, and actionable information.
  • Maintain strong alignment with executive leadership, enabling effective decision\-making and consistent visibility into program progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop an Interaction Model Between Elevate and Twelve Active Initiatives
  • Design and implement an integrated interaction model, including meeting cadences, governance routines, and communication flows between the ERP program and all dependent initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide supporting PMO team members, leveraging existing project and product leads to ensure adequate capacity, capability, and readiness across all workstreams.
  • Facilitate cross\-initiative planning, dependency management, and issue resolution to ensure timely execution.
  • Balance Strategic Leadership with Hands\-On Execution
  • Serve as a member of the Program’s leadership structure, contributing thought leadership, decision recommendations, and strategic insights.
  • Ensure cross\-functional alignment by bridging high\-level program strategy with practical, tactical program execution.
  • Drive cohesive progress across all workstreams through proactive risk management, cross\-team collaboration, structured problem\-solving, and unified leadership.
