PURPOSE: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Escort Driver to assist with the transportation of oilfield mobile homes and oversized loads. Escort drivers play a critical role in ensuring safe, legal, and efficient movement of wide loads to and from oilfield locations.

Requirements

Less than High School Education
0-2 years Related Experience
Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required)
Escort / Pilot Car Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge of oversized load regulations and safe driving practices
Reliable vehicle equipped to meet escort requirements (lights, signs, flags, etc.)
Ability to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Oilfield or heavy haul experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Escort oversized loads, including oilfield mobile homes, to designated locations
Communicate clearly with truck drivers via radio or phone during transport
Monitor traffic conditions, road hazards, and clearances (bridges, turns, power lines)
Assist with route navigation and compliance with state and local regulations
Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain escort vehicle readiness
Stop or control traffic when required (as permitted by law)
Always represent the company professionally
Assisting with shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading trucks, tracking materials, and following transportation procedures.
Installing, disassembling, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment according to manufacturer standards and safety guidelines.
Inspecting, testing, painting, and documenting equipment as required.
Operating heavy machinery if certified and performing tasks safely in compliance with regulations.
