The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, upgrade, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform qualification, repair, upgrades, and maintenance for the customers within the specific region. The EUV System Lead will report to the EUV Operations Planning and Prep manager and be responsible for SD and USD execution progress and reporting while being the local EMO PL for USD/XLD events. The ownership and focus while handling all resources and constraints will support us to be able to meet ASML and customer business targets. This position (combination of execution coordinator and escalation lead) will play a pivotal role in the daily operations, liaising between the fab team, Tech support along with the customer on driving the overall dynamic plan for the EUV fleet.
