About The Position

Evaluator Duties & Responsibilities Designs and implements the CCBHC evaluation plan, working in conjunction with information technology staff. Collects data and conducts initial analyses; develops and runs computerized reports as needed. Develops presentations and documents for reporting on grant activities for internal and external stakeholders. Implements data collection protocols (interviews, observations, etc.) and conducts data analysis Provides supervision to data analyst in managing client interview process and in completing data entry to meet federal requirements. Trains and advises field interviewers on processes and requirements for National Outcome Measure interviews. Establish and maintain relationships with program managers and program directors to advise on data and evaluation reporting Work with the Consumer Advisory Board to develop measures of concern to that body and provide results of relevant analyses to the membership. Complete analyses and reports concerning disparities in services and outcomes within CCBHC population to inform and advise the CCBHC Steering Committee. Advises internal stakeholders/external stakeholders/ partners on instrument development, evaluation and data reporting Assists the organization in building capacity to use evaluation in strategy and decision making processes Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in social sciences with emphasis on evaluation and data analysis.
  • At least three years demonstrated experience in collection, entry, and maintenance of clinical and/or research data
  • Knowledge in database management, utilization of Microsoft Office products and SPSS/ SAS, data integrity and quality knowledge, experience with various federal and state databases and reporting.
