We are looking for an energetic, gritty, and organized Lacrosse Events Coordinator to run the show for our 2026 Spring and Summer tournament circuit. This isn't a 9-to-5 desk job. This is a hands-on, fast-paced, "get it done" role for someone who wants to own the experience for players, coaches, and families. Lax.com/Universal Lacrosse is the industry leader in Lacrosse mobile Events. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of all event planning from scheduling events, hiring staff, set up and merchandising, etc to give our on site customers a best in class experience!

Requirements

Responsibilities

Running Point on all pre planning for Events: Creating the yearly Events calendar, confirming availability and event details with event directors, hiring and training of staff, confirming available products, etc.
Own the Field: Set up, manage, and tear down top-tier lacrosse events (tournaments and showcases) during the spring and summer circuit.
Be the Expert: Be the on-site go-to person for staff, coaches, and parents—handling logistics, sales, and game-day energy.
Direct the Action: Supervise our weekend staff, game-day setup crews, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Travel the Circuit: Travel to, set up, and manage premier events on the East Coast.
Solve on the Fly: Handle weather delays, schedule changes, or any curveball with a smile, ensuring a flawless participant experience.
