About The Position

The Event Inventory Coordinator at The Design Haus plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and success of every event. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory standards, executing event setups and strikes, and collaborating closely with the Operations Lead. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where excellence is non-negotiable.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive delivery vans/box trucks
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds
  • Ability to stand for an extended period

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of floral design and the wedding/event industry (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure inventory is organized, maintained, and meets The Design Haus’s quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures for installations and event execution.
  • Organize inventory for efficiency and accessibility.
  • Safely pack, transport, and set up inventory and designs and remove them after an event.
  • Recover and organize items after events.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and oversee the proper handling of flowers and equipment.
