About The Position

This is Not Your Typical Event Job If you’re looking for a role where you: Sit behind a desk “Help” instead of own Or just show up day-of… This is NOT it! We’re looking for someone who runs the show, from planning to execution, and makes sure every event actually happens right. You’re organized, fast, resourceful, and when something goes wrong (because it will), you fix it without blinking. What You’ll Be Doing Own events from start to finish: Plan and execute trade shows, community events, and brand activations Build timelines, checklists, and run-of-show docs Make logistics happen: Coordinate vendors (tents, rentals, food, signage, etc.) Manage delivery, setup, and breakdown Run the event (this is the job): Lead on-site setup, execution, and teardown Be the go-to problem solver during events Keep everything organized: Track inventory, equipment, and materials Coordinate transport to/from events Lead the team: Schedule and prep staff Communicate roles clearly and keep everyone aligned Work closely with the canvassing manager to help train and support event marketers responsible for setting appointments (paid per appointment completed) Track performance: Stay on budget Deliver quick post-event recaps with insights

Requirements

  • 2+ years in events, logistics, or operations
  • Highly organized (nothing slips through the cracks)
  • High energy and action-oriented
  • Strong communicator and problem solver
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed
  • Valid driver’s license (you’ll be in the field)

Nice To Haves

  • Trade show or field marketing experience
  • Vendor negotiation skills
  • Experience managing inventory or equipment
  • You’ve handled chaos before — and made it look easy
