About The Position

The Bell Tower on 34th is one of Houston’s most established high-end event venues, producing weddings and corporate events at scale. We are seeking a disciplined inbound sales professional who thrives in a structured environment and is confident guiding clients to a decision. This is not a tour guide role. This is a professional sales position with clear expectations, defined systems, and measurable performance. As an Event Sales Executive, you will work with qualified inbound inquiries from couples and organizations interested in hosting events at The Bell Tower. Your job is to guide prospects through a structured sales process, conduct venue tours, present pricing, and confidently ask for the booking. Successful candidates understand that sales is leadership, discipline, and execution.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience (hospitality, events, real estate, or high-ticket sales preferred)
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Confidence presenting pricing and packages in person
  • Comfortable working within a structured sales script and defined sales process
  • Ability to learn and execute the sales script within the first week of training
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales technology
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of sales communication and training
  • Highly coachable and receptive to feedback
  • Strong sense of personal ownership and accountability
  • Ability to maintain a polished, professional, fashion-forward appearance
  • Availability for evening and weekend tours
  • Ability to use a personal cell phone for client communication
