Yellowhammer Hospitality, a division of the IRBY Group, is seeking a driven and outgoing Event Venue Sales & Marketing Manager to grow bookings and revenue across our three unique event venues in Mobile, Alabama. This role focuses on sales, lead generation, and marketing for our venues — Courtyard on Dauphin and Hallet-Irby House (both in Downtown Mobile), and Oak & Fountain (in Grand Bay). You will be responsible for generating leads through social media and community relationships, responding to inquiries, giving venue tours, building relationships with event vendors, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. We already have a strong event coordination team in place, so this position is primarily focused on generating leads, closing bookings, and increasing visibility for our venues in the Mobile area . Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000+ target annual earnings ($35,000–$45,000 base salary + commission on booked events).
