Requirements

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or administrative coordination.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), including posting and engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create or curate content consistent with brand style and voice.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend events/tours.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools, event software, or CRM systems (training available).

Responsibilities

  • Event Inquiries, Sales & Client Services Serve as a primary contact for event inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Respond to questions, share venue details, and guide prospective clients through the booking process.
  • Schedule and occasionally conduct venue tours (in-person or virtual).
  • Maintain inquiry logs, booking calendars, and accurate communication records.
  • Provide welcoming, professional customer service to all clients and guests.
  • Event Planning Support & Logistics Gather event details from clients and assist with logistics coordination.
  • Create or update event floorplans using provided tools or templates.
  • Prepare documentation for internal event preparation, including timelines and setup summaries.
  • Coordinate with the Events Director to ensure all event information is complete and accurate.
  • On-Site Event Assistance Support selects venue-hosted events and community programs as needed.
  • Assist with setup tasks, vendor check-ins, guest support, and event flow.
  • Represent the venue professionally at all public-facing events.
  • Social Media & Marketing Assist with managing the venue’s social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content.
  • Create or curate content (photos, videos, captions) that highlight events and venue features.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and track basic analytics.
  • Support marketing materials, email communications, and promotional initiatives.
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthening the venue’s visibility and community presence.
