About The Position

As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in providing assistance with event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring that attendees have a memorable experience. The ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
Experience in customer service or event-related positions is preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces including tables, chairs, and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service to attendees, vendors, and clients before, during, and after events.
Manage registration and check-in processes to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
Monitor event activity and provide assistance as needed to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Assist with the arrangement and presentation of food and drink stations during the event.
