Requirements

Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, as event setup may require.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and teardown of events including staging, seating, and decorations.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and attendees throughout the event.
Manage registration and check-in processes efficiently and professionally.
Assist with crowd control and ensure a safe environment for all participants.
Deliver information and answer questions from attendees regarding event activities.
