About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the planning and execution of various events while also driving sales initiatives to enhance our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field
  • Previous experience in events coordination or sales assistance is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to execution
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and contracts
  • Support the marketing team in promoting upcoming events and sales initiatives
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales records
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly
  • Prepare event materials, including brochures, signage, and presentations
