We are currently hiring an EVS Commercial Cleaning Supervisor and are looking for a serious, dependable professional with a minimum of 2½ years of experience in the commercial cleaning field. This is a leadership role that requires someone who is reliable, accountable, and ready to work. The ideal candidate must be trainable, teachable, and open to following established systems and procedures while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and team performance. Efficiency and productivity: Efficiency and productivity are two key elements in streamlining operations as health care facilities strive to protect patients and their staff when time is of the essence. As the role of EVS moves to the forefront in leading this effort, hospitals are further emphasizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for their department to help benchmark productivity and efficiency. For EVS directors to optimize operations, they need to consider new technologies that will simultaneously save time and improve staff productivity of cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, and inventory. Infection Prevention: Implement best practices to reduce health care-associated infections (HAIs). Patient Satisfaction: Collaborate with staff to create a positive health care environment. Privacy and Confidentiality: Understand the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Janitorial Experience
• Minimum 2.5 years in environmental services and 5 years in management.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, and documentation efficiently.
• Get along well with management, staff, and no interaction with patients.
• Respect patient privacy and confidentiality.
