About The Position

One Glen Eddy-Full Time-Days Directly trains and oversees the Environmental Aides in the delivery of housekeeping, laundry and meal service assistance to ensure quality performance and timely completion of all work duties. Participates fully in QM process, in meetings at facility and departmental level. Is responsible to carry out, implement and bring forward for discussion issues of code compliance, departmental and staff concerns, as well as suggest plan of action to improve services. Demonstrates the organizations’ commitment to sound, ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D.
• Minimum of two years' experience in service delivery to health care, business or domestic fields or previous successful experience in supervision of service workers.
