This role includes performing pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, basic equipment maintenance, and following established safety protocols. Operators work closely with crew members to coordinate machine movements and ensure high‑quality results for customers. Responsibilities

Operate various types of power construction equipment including excavators, skid steers, loaders, and backhoes.
Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑operation inspections; monitor fluid levels; perform basic cleaning and greasing.
Report any equipment malfunctions or required repairs to a supervisor.
Follow all safety procedures and inspect work areas for hazards.
Communicate clearly with crew members using hand or audio signals to coordinate work.
Clear and grade land, excavate trenches, move materials such as dirt and gravel, and prepare job sites.
Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
