The position will report to the leader of the Office of Ethics and provide administrative support to both the Office of Ethics and the Governance & Shared Services team. Both programs reside within the Office of Compliance & Ethics (OCE). In addition to the job description summary and key responsibilities discussed below, we’re looking for someone who has: The ability to actively manage calendars for leaders of both programs. The ability to leverage modern technology – including Microsoft Office suite of solutions as well as AI and other automation tools – to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The ability to remain curious, think independently and critically, and maintain confidentiality. Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal – and can connect with people and convey complex, confidential and/or sensitive information in a clear, concise, and empathetic way. A commitment to honesty, integrity, and collaboration. This role will also need to go beyond traditional administrative support for the Office of Ethics, acting as a trusted assistant to help execute projects and initiatives that may at times be complex and/or highly confidential. This is a hybrid work schedule, within which the Executive Administrative Assistant will come into the office 3 days/week. #LI-TN1 Are you a problem solver and detailed oriented? As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you'll perform a wide variety of confidential, detailed and complex administrative functions under direct supervision. You'll plan, organize and schedule your own work and may serve as an informal mentor to other administrative assistants in the office.
