About The Position

A fast-growing healthcare organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Coordinator to support executive-level operations in a corporate backend environment. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role supporting Executive Assistants and C-level leadership. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism. This role requires prior corporate office administrative experience.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of administrative experience in a corporate or healthcare office environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data organization)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting executive leadership
  • Experience using CRM or operational management systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to Executive Assistants supporting C-level executives
  • Manage complex calendar coordination and scheduling logistics
  • Maintain and update data across multiple internal systems with high accuracy
  • Create, complete, and track templates, reports, and operational documents
  • Support CRM and internal systems management
  • Handle confidential and sensitive executive information with discretion
  • Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and on deadline
