About The Position

OMNI is seeking a highly organized Executive Administrative to support Space Force or Air Force leadership with administrative operations and military personnel program management. The ideal candidate will help optimize productivity, maintain personnel readiness data, and ensure compliance with service policies while supporting leadership in a fast-paced operational environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in executive administrative support or military personnel management.
  • 4+ years of Space Force or Air Force experience preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting leadership in administrative and personnel programs.
  • Experience with HR coordination, onboarding, travel requests (DTS), and calendar management.
  • Strong knowledge of military personnel systems such as MilPDS, vMPF, and myFSS.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Active Secret Clearance required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with task management systems (ETMS2 or similar) preferred.
  • Familiarity with military personnel databases and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage military personnel programs including evaluations, decorations, leave, duty status, and in/out-processing.
  • Maintain personnel readiness data within systems such as MilPDS, vMPF, and myFSS.
  • Track and coordinate performance reports and award packages to meet suspense timelines.
  • Provide executive administrative support including office management, HR coordination, DTS travel requests, and calendar management.
  • Maintain official records and ensure compliance with Air Force and Space Force administrative policies.
  • Support leadership by managing unit rosters, organizational charts, newcomer programs, and task management systems (ETMS2 or similar).
  • Assist with deployment readiness tracking, mobility processing, and coordination with UDMs and functional managers.
  • Provide front-line personnel support and coordinate with MPF, FSS, and other base agencies to resolve member issues.
  • Conduct audits of personnel records and prepare reports, metrics, and briefings for leadership.
