About The Position

OMNI is seeking a highly dependable Executive Administrative Support to support Space Force or Air Force leadership with administrative operations. This role requires a professional who can optimize productivity, efficiency, and service quality while supporting leadership in a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate blends strong organizational, technical, and business awareness with expertise in military personnel programs and administrative processes. This individual will work closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to ensure mission readiness, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in executive administrative support or military personnel management. 4+ years of Space Force or Air Force experience preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting leadership in administrative and personnel programs.
  • Experience with HR coordination, onboarding, travel requests (DTS), and calendar management.
  • Strong knowledge of military personnel systems such as MilPDS, vMPF, and myFSS.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with military personnel databases and administrative systems.
  • Active Secret Clearance required.

  • Experience with task management systems (ETMS2 or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute military personnel programs including evaluations, decorations, leave, duty status, UIFs, and in/out-processing.
  • Maintain personnel readiness data and ensure accuracy within personnel systems such as MilPDS, vMPF, and myFSS.
  • Track and coordinate performance reports and award packages to meet Space Force suspense timelines.
  • Serve as a primary advisor to leadership on personnel actions, administrative processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Review AF Form 2875 account access requests for completeness, accuracy, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Provide executive administrative support including office management, HR coordination, travel requests (DTS), and scheduling leadership calendars.
  • Maintain official records, forms, and publications in accordance with records management directives.
  • Ensure compliance with Air Force and Space Force instructions, policies, and administrative standards.
  • Conduct administrative self-inspections and manage inspection checklists to support operational readiness.
  • Oversee task management actions using ETMS2 or similar tasking systems to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide direct support to unit leadership on personnel and administrative matters.
  • Coordinate unit programs such as newcomer orientation, sponsorship, and leadership All Calls.
  • Maintain unit rosters, recall rosters, and organizational charts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external coordination.
  • Track deployment readiness requirements including medical, training, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with Unit Deployment Managers (UDMs) and functional managers to ensure personnel meet readiness timelines.
  • Assist with mobility processing, orders, and pre-deployment administrative requirements.
  • Provide front-line administrative and personnel support to service members.
  • Assist members with navigating personnel systems, documentation requirements, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate with MPF, FSS, and other base agencies to resolve personnel issues.
  • Conduct routine audits of personnel systems and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare reports, metrics, and briefings for leadership regarding personnel readiness and administrative performance.
