Hourly salary target of $31 - $36 with a comprehensive benefits package including: Free employee medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Company match 401(k) with immediate vesting Annual performance-based merit increases and incentive bonus Generous paid time off, wellness leave, holidays, and more Stimulating work environment with complimentary drinks and snacks 📌 The Role The Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator provides strategic support to the Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO) and helps maintain clear visibility across the enterprise project portfolio. This role blends executive support, document and report preparation, and PMO coordination to keep work moving and leaders informed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Project Management, or related field preferred. Advanced education will be considered in lieu of experience.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience, including: Executive-level administrative support to senior leaders. Project coordination, project tracking, or PMO-related support.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and integrity; operates with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive and adaptable; anticipates needs and adjusts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative working style.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with project or portfolio management tools preferred.
  • Able to work independently while building effective cross-functional relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a technology, operations, or similarly structured environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CIO, including complex calendar management, meeting and agenda preparation, executive communications, and follow-through on key decisions and action items, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Prepare and maintain executive-ready documents and reports, including briefing materials, summaries, presentations, portfolio updates, and light budget tracking and documentation management.
  • Coordinate project and portfolio activities by collecting and maintaining status in PPM and shared repositories, supporting steering committee and review materials, tracking project action items, and helping ensure governance, intake, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
