Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supporting VP or executive level positions or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to manage fluctuating priorities, tight deadlines, and ambiguous situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Flexibility to provide support outside standard business working hours when required for executive needs, global travel, or key events.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to maintain detailed records of meetings, discussions, decisions, and project progress to synthesize key takeaways and actions.
  • Experience planning and coordinating offsites, team activities, global leadership meetings, and cross functional meetings.
  • Ability to support operations management for global growth initiatives, conferences, events, and offsites, partnering closely with the CRO office and global Sales teams.
  • Experience coordinating with customers and managing follow-ups on behalf of executive leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Completely own, control, schedule, and optimize the calendars of multiple C-level executives, proactively managing priorities across global time zones.
  • Attend meetings with C-levels and assist with project management, and use discretion and independent judgment to assist with project management, action items, priority, and deadlines.
  • Manage all aspects of global travel and expense coordination for assigned executives and their leadership teams.
  • Plan and coordinate team activities, offsites, and office-related events across supported departments.
  • Support Board of Director meetings, earnings calls, and post-earnings execution and follow up.
  • Assist in Operations-related tasks as needed to support executives and business priorities.

Benefits

  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $130,000 to $145,000.
  • Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).
  • In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
