About The Position

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Walmart US Operations leadership team. In this role, you will coordinate projects, events, and business activities with minimal direction, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in field, administration, operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule projects, company events, and business-related activities, including researching options, managing resources, and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Manage complex calendars for leadership and teams, anticipate scheduling needs, and prioritize appointments.
  • Draft, edit, and send electronic, verbal, and written communications on behalf of leadership, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Collect, compile, and reconcile financial and business data; process invoices and expense reports while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Serve as a key contact and resource for associates, providing solutions, mentoring other assistants, and resolving internal and external requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, identify business needs, and support the implementation of business solutions.
  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise, provide guidance to others, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Model compliance with company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
