About The Position

BrownWinick is seeking a highly skilled Executive Operations Assistant to support one of our top‐producing attorneys in the tracking and follow-through of strategic business development initiatives. This will include strengthening key client relationships and ensuring seamless execution of daily priorities. We are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal skills, with a winning combination of organization and initiative, to seamlessly blend the responsibilities of an executive assistant, business development coordinator, client‐relationship manager, and strategic project partner. You will not simply "Assist." You will help guide the business created by one of our top-producing attorneys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, attorneys, or leaders in professional services.
  • Experience in business development, marketing, client services, or project management.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and follow‑through skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.

  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

  • Strong analytical, relationship‑building, and project‑management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the attorney’s primary operational partner for all business development (BD) activities.
  • Track and manage follow‑ups with clients, prospects, and referral sources.
  • Identify, monitor, and advance BD and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed CRM entries and manage pipeline activity, deadlines, and action items.
  • Support strategic planning related to client growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare customized proposals, pitch materials, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Gather stakeholder input and translate client needs into clear internal action steps.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and required approvals.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Support client communications, scheduling, preparation, and follow‑up.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, meetings, and client‑facing events.
  • Assist in monitoring and expanding client relationships through proactive engagement and tracking.
  • Assist in the coordination of thought leadership materials.
  • Partner with Marketing to support branding, digital presence, and visibility initiatives.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare communications, agendas, summaries, and project tracking tools.
  • Anticipate needs, surface priorities, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Collaborate with attorney assistants across the practice group to ensure alignment and consistency.
