The Executive Assistant performs the following essential functions: Providing high-level executive administrative support to a Senior Executive Manage complex calendars Screen, prioritize and respond to incoming communications Coordinate travel arrangements Coordinate special events Coordinate high-level meetings, board sessions and offsite meetings Take meeting minutes, track action items and ensure follow up on deliverables Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion Prepare executive level presentations, documents, reports and correspondence
