About The Position

Overview of Position As an Executive Assistant, you will operate as a coordination hub and force multiple for a senior leadership team within Broadcom's Infrastructure Software Group. You will sit inside the leadership system, absorb context quickly, adapt to multiple executive styles, and ensure the machine keeps moving. This position is located in Broadcom's office in Plano, TX. EAs are expected to be in the office every day. In this role, you'll help Broadcom by: Acting as an extension of the leadership team Organizing and ensuring completion of key action items across staff meetings and Business Reviews Anticipating and resolving friction points across the org Coordinating meetings, travel, logistics, and expenses across multiple senior leaders Creating order where process discipline is inconsistent How You'll Work: High trust, high autonomy, high context Fast-moving in an occasionally ambiguous environment Scaling expectations with capability and judgment Remaining pragmatic and unflappable under pressure

Requirements

  • At least 12 years' experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant role (or equivalent level of education and experience)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant year's experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong judgment of when to execute independently vs escalate
  • Comfort managing up, across, and around different personalities

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a startup organization
  • Background in sales, technology, enterprise software, or high-velocity environments
