As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the trusted right hand to our Executive Team, keeping priorities organized, information accurate, and momentum steady. Your work behind the scenes strengthens patient care in front of it. Requirements

  • HS diploma/GED + 5 years EA experience with senior leaders; or AA + 2 years
  • Expert with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (Visio a plus) and modern collaboration tools
  • Proven calendar/travel/event mastery; superb writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Sound judgment, confidentiality (including HIPAA), and deadline-driven organization

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to complex executive calendars, priorities, and communications; act as a key point of contact
  • Plan high-level meetings, retreats, board prep, travel, and logistics end-to-end
  • Draft and polish correspondence, presentations, and reports; capture accurate minutes
  • Research, track deadlines, and support strategic projects with discretion and urgency
  • Safeguard confidential information and ensure HIPAA and compliance standards
  • Coordinate with directors and teams to keep initiatives and patient flow on track
