We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategically minded Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and the Sr. Vice President- Finance at our Seattle corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to manage complex priorities and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role is a Hybrid role and will require the person to be in office in downtown Seattle, WA 4 days per week. A day in the life… Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO and SVP, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Manage expense reports and budgets for the CFO's and SVP’s offices. You will need to be comfortable in collaborating with other Executive Assistants across departments. Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, effective and timely communication. Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritizing and responding as appropriate. Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings and follow up on action items. Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and presentations. Special Projects / Events: Coordinate special projects and events as assigned, such as Town Halls and Recognition meetings. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Multi-tasking: Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
