The Executive Business Partner, Sales is a trusted partner to the Head of Growth and serves as a critical force multiplier for the Sales organization. This role blends executive support, sales operations, cross-functional coordination, and office management responsibilities to ensure the Head of Growth can focus on strategy while the infrastructure of the sales organization runs smoothly. This individual serves as a proactive gatekeeper of time, an operator who owns sales processes and reporting, and a liaison supporting both the Sales organization and the Charlotte office. Success in this role requires sound judgment, high initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they surface.

Requirements

  • A proactive, high-agency professional who sees what needs to be done and acts without waiting for instructions.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels — equally confident drafting a Board slide or managing office logistics.
  • Highly organized with strong judgment and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence to represent Sales in cross-functional settings.
  • Discreet, dependable, and trusted with sensitive information and executive-level access.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and/or working in sales operations, revenue operations, or a fast-paced commercial environment preferred.
  • Experience managing office operations or administrative functions in a professional environment preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience supporting onboarding and internal systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering a high level of service to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the Head of Growth’s calendar, resolving conflicts and prioritizing meetings without requiring direction.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including executive-level scheduling with external partners and brokers.
  • Own inbox triage, drafting responses, escalating urgent matters, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Manage end-to-end travel logistics including flights, hotels, itineraries, and communication to internal teams during field travel.
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and documentation for executive and leadership meetings.
  • Build, maintain, and manage reporting within Dynamics 365 (D365), ensuring sales data accuracy and readiness for ELT and Board meetings.
  • Partner with CRM Operations to enforce sales process hygiene, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
  • Proactively gather updates from sellers to maintain current and reliable pipeline and performance reporting.
  • Prepare first-draft sales updates, dashboards, and presentations for ELT and Board meetings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professional formatting.
  • Identify sales enablement needs and coordinate with Marketing and other teams to support sales effectiveness.
  • Assist with planning and execution of sales meetings, trainings, and kickoffs, including logistics, content coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Represent Sales in cross-functional meetings with Marketing, Legal, CRM, and other teams when the Head of Growth is unavailable.
  • Track requests, redlines, tickets, and follow-ups, proactively pushing for updates and resolution.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and issue resolution, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Client teams as needed.
  • Anticipate risks, escalations, and operational gaps, surfacing solutions before issues reach the Head of Growth.
  • Oversee and support day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Manage office supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Receive and sort incoming office mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail/FedEx packages.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented and followed appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements and implement solutions.
  • Support office moves, workspace changes, and evolving workplace needs (including hybrid/remote transitions).
  • Maintain office common areas and ensure a professional and functional workspace.
  • Own and maintain emergency action plans and coordinate drills as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
