Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!Job SummaryThe Executive Chef leads all kitchen and evening food and beverage operations, ensuring high culinary standards, food safety compliance, and efficient execution. This role oversees the Night Bar Program and Dinner on the Go program across cafés, ensuring consistent quality and service during dinner operations. The Executive Chef maintains a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment while driving cost control, team development, and operational excellence in a high volume, complex foodservice setting. Schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a flexible Monday shift to prepare for the week and support occasional daytime campus pop ups. Bars operate Tuesday through Friday only. Reports to the Culinary Director with dotted line reporting to additional leadership. Perks include a daily shift meal, company holidays with additional paid time off, and a work phone or cell phone stipend.
