This role plays a key part in the expansion of sushi offerings and provides daily support to campus cafés, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation. The position oversees sushi production, menu execution, food safety, and team supervision while delivering a strong guest experience. Schedule is typically 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with flexibility to support PM catering events as needed.
