About The Position

As an Executive Chef for an education account in Braintree, MA, you will lead all culinary operations that support a dynamic school dining program. This role focuses on delivering nutritious, appealing meals for students and staff while fostering a positive dining experience within an educational environment. You will manage and mentor a team of culinary associates, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and align with the goals of the school community. You will oversee menu execution, food quality, and presentation while maintaining strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and nutrition standards required in education settings. In partnership with site leadership, you will help create menus that are student-focused, balanced, and compliant with applicable school nutrition guidelines.

Requirements

  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch food service company

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • Prior culinary experience in an education setting preferred

Responsibilities
