About The Position

Sophos Speech and Academics is seeking an Executive Function Coach with a passion for supporting students through skill-building, confidence, and meaningful connection. Executive Function Coaches work directly with students to strengthen skills such as organization, planning, time management, task initiation, sustained attention, and self-advocacy. Our coaches are trusted experts and have the autonomy to individualize strategies and tools based on each student’s needs.

Requirements

• Must be available during some or most of the required hours (8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.)
• Able to commute to Sophos Speech and Academics at 11250 N. Tatum Blvd, Suite C-104

Responsibilities

• Working 1-on-1 with students who struggle with executive functioning skills
• Supporting students with homework planning and academic organization
• Helping students develop routines and systems that promote independence
• Collaborating closely with parents and teachers to ensure consistency across home and school environments
