About The Position

The Home2 Suites & Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area Beaver Valley are seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute meetings and events on campus. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences while supporting the hotel’s revenue and occupancy goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, events, or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Availability for evening or weekend events as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the onsite Sales team
  • Manage all aspects of small group and meeting events
  • Prepare contracts, proposals, and event documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Coordinate event logistics with Food & Beverage, Operations, and other hotel teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, assisting with site visits and communications
  • Maintain accurate sales and event records and track event progress
