About The Position

This SkillBridge opportunity is designed for a transitioning U.S. Department of Defense service member seeking executive-level operations management exposure within a government contracting (GovCon) organization. You will participate in a structured, hands-on training program focused on understanding how a GovCon business operates across contracts, compliance, finance, staffing, business development, product delivery, and marketing.
Requirements
- Active-duty U.S. service member approved or eligible for DoD SkillBridge
- Able to participate full-time up to 180 days
- Proir leadership, operations, logistics, or program management experience
- Familiarity with DoD or federal agency environments
- Strong interest in executive operations, program leadership, or GovCon careers
- High standards of professionalism, ethics and discretion
