About The Position

Overview Canon Business Process Services is looking for an energetic and experienced customer service/concierge professional with Executive Level / VIP communications proficiency, both written and verbal . This position requires that candidates have a positive attitude, decorum, interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, the ability to multitask, and a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants must be skilled with the Microsoft Office suite as well as able to quickly learn new platforms. Work hours may require early mornings and/or late evenings depending on business needs and events. Professionals in this position are highly visible and must be able to adapt to changing circumstances, and demonstrate critical thinking in a fast pace environment. Responsibilities Responsibilities : · Greet staff and guests entering the facility. · Efficiently register guests and direct them to the person with whom they are meeting. · Courteously address requests, solve problems, and ensure prompt follow up accordingly. · Represent the client business with a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Preferred Qualities and Skills: · Professional, Composed, Polished and professional. Well-groomed appearance with a great demeanor for a financial corporate culture · Passion for excellence and great enthusiasm in providing exceptional service standards · Driven and motivated to perform at increasing levels of responsibility · Customer service oriented, friendly, and courteous · Fluent in English, both verbal and written exceptionally organized · Previous customer and/or hospitality experience with a proven track record of success · Problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. · Attention to detail · Adept with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly learn new platforms QUALIFICATIONS: · To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. COMPUTER SKILLS Intermediate computer skills, including excel; ability to utilize web-based system to secure/edit reservations BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Effective written and oral communication skills. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
