Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: 0+ years
  • Area of Expertise: Coursework related to advertising/marketing, and/or healthcare
  • Rising sophomores, juniors, seniors, & recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Deep interests in omnichannel strategy: experience mapping, ecosystem design, journey planning across CRM, web, mobile, OLA, SEO/SEM, social platforms and emerging tech
  • A collaborative mindset
  • Self-starter energy
  • Curiosity for the latest tech and trends; curious to test out new tools and figure out what's possible
  • Storytelling: help with client presentations, compelling strategies

Responsibilities

  • Digital & Engagement Strategy Help our teams shape smart, channel strategies and tactical plans that meet client business goals, working closely with brand strategy and creative partners.
  • Omnichannel Planning Contribute to seamless, connected experiences by mapping journeys, recommending personalization tactics, and using data to inform cross-channel strategies.
  • Team Collaboration Join forces with teams across the agency to represent the XP POV, offering clear guidance and recommendations that move work forward.
  • Tactical Ideation Help uncover the real "why" behind client challenges and recommend smart, creative ways to solve them.
  • Innovation & Emerging Tech Keep an eye on what’s next—from AI to immersive tech—and surface new tools, partners, and ideas that make our work more effective, modern, and future-fit.
