WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? You will have a flexible and varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays , to ensure seamless operations during our busiest times. As an Experienced Assistant Clubhouse Dining Manager, you will take charge of all food and beverage services across poolside, banquet, a la carte, and tournament events, ensuring each area operates at the highest level in line with club standards. Each day, you will mentor and direct your team, drawing on your leadership experience to recruit, train, and develop staff while upholding safety, dress codes, and operational excellence. You will be the go-to problem solver for members, handling their questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency. Your expertise will also drive performance management, scheduling, payroll, and cost control, as you complete opening, closing, and manager-on-duty procedures and contribute to special projects.
