Requirements
- 2+ years of roofing experience (residential or commercial).
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety protocols .
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions .
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused attitude .
- Valid Driver’s License required .
Responsibilities
- Perform roof installations and repairs on residential and/or commercial properties.
- Work safely on steep/high-pitch and flat roofs using proper safety equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and to high-quality standards .
- Maintain equipment and tools, and keep the job site clean and organized .
- Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress, materials, and any issues .
